Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as deputy to the Chief Compliance & Corporate Affairs Officer and provide leadership within the Compliance Department.
  • •Lead regulatory engagement with FCA and PRA, including conduct risk oversight and regulatory interpretation.
  • •Lead horizon scanning of UK regulator publications and provide analysis and recommendations.
  • •Lead the team’s conduct and regulatory reporting to relevant committees and ensure timely, high-quality responses to regulatory requests.
  • •Provide second-line compliance technical assessment of regulatory change, market studies/thematic reviews, business incidents, breaches, and project initiatives.

  • •Extensive knowledge of EU and UK financial services regulatory developments and experience in a Compliance/Risk/Legal function.

  • •Advanced stakeholder influencing and communication skills, including producing clear, accurate, concise, risk-based analysis and committee reporting.
