Job Summary

Generate and convert leads within an assigned industry by building and qualifying a healthy sales pipeline. Engage prospects through outbound (cold calling and email) and integrated digital and campaign channels, qualify using Avanade’s lead process, and pursue SQLs to achieve quota targets. Maintain CRM data, analyze industry trends and buyer insights, coordinate with marketing, partners, and regional sales leaders, and coach junior Digital Sales Analysts.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a healthy sales pipeline and source new opportunities through cold calling and emailing.
•Follow up on marketing and partner campaigns to respond to leads and qualify prospects using the Avanade Lead Qualification Process.
•Engage prospects via digital, social media, events, campaigns, email, and webinars to build sales-qualified leads.
•Pursue and close SQLs, manage customer objections, position offerings, and deliver commercial insights to maximize sales.
•Maintain and improve CRM data and digital sales reports; coordinate with marketing and partners and coach and mentor junior Digital Sales Analysts as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or sales with a proven track record achieving sales targets with outbound calling and prospecting.
•Comfort selling to all levels of an organization, including C-level executives.
•Demonstrated competency in prospecting, lead qualification, and lead closing.
•Knowledge of carrying and/or exceeding quotas.
•Ability to use a CRM system, use social media platforms, and analyze and interpret data.
