Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct architectural design tasks within the project team under Project Managers and Project Architects, ensuring quality and schedule adherence and collaborating with cross-team members to deliver design assignments.
•Support the full-cycle design process including bidding schematic design, schematic design development, preliminary design and construction drawing design as directed by project management and architectural leads.
•Undertake high-difficulty design tasks and ensure consistently high-quality design outputs.
•Coordinate with designers of other disciplines for interdisciplinary collaboration and complete assigned design work.
•Prepare presentation documents and design reports for all project design phases, including preliminary calculations of building area, daylighting performance and energy-saving indicators.
