Key Responsibilities

  • •Help design, implement, and operate backend services that power large-scale data/AI features on the Databricks platform.
  • •Collaborate across teams (Log Analytics, AI/BI, Unity Catalog, Apps) to deliver end-to-end solutions that scale to petabyte-scale data.
  • •Optimize performance, reliability, and security for distributed systems running in cloud environments.
  • •Contribute to architectural decisions, algorithms, and data modeling for core platform components.
  • •Mentor engineers and contribute to code reviews, testing, and best practices across the team.

Key Requirements

  • •BS (or higher) in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • •5+ years of production-level experience in Java, Scala or C++
  • •strong foundation in algorithms and data structures and their real-world use cases
  • •experience developing large-scale distributed systems
  • •experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, Docker, Kubernetes) and security/data handling
