•Leverage AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance talent discovery, automate repetitive tasks, personalize candidate outreach at scale, and generate actionable insights from sourcing data

•Data-driven: you measure what you do, iterate fast, and can make a compelling case for your sourcing decisions
•C1 or Native English and Spanish are required, additional languages are a plus
•Hands-on experience with ATS platforms — Greenhouse is a big plus
