Job Summary

As a 1st shift Production Assembler, you’ll work on the Assembly Team at the Willard plant in Willard, OH. Follow ISO work instructions to complete production tasks within takt time, set up workstations, perform in-process and finished product visual inspections, use fixtures and gauges for checking parts, and handle operator-level maintenance. You’ll also follow safety/quality procedures and report issues for continuous improvement.

•Follow SBD safety and quality rules, maintain a clean work area, and report safety or quality issues for continuous improvement.
