Shipping Supervisor/MPC (DeRidder, LA, US)

Coordinate and oversee timely, accurate shipments of rail car and truck orders, including kiln schedules and quality optimization. As part of the divisional management team, supervise and ensure safety for forklift operators and related production personnel. Set and achieve daily/weekly shipping requirements while maintaining target inventory levels and meeting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and employee-engagement KPI targets. Ensure compliance with safety, environment, and company policies.
