Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute the multi-year Manufacturing Engineering capability roadmap across the manufacturing network.
  • •Lead design for manufacturability (DFM) in product development to optimize producibility, quality, yield, and cost from concept through launch.
  • •Develop and deploy automation and digital manufacturing strategy to improve throughput, reduce variability, and build capacity for growth.
  • •Own capital strategy and make/buy decisions, including CapEx planning and execution to optimize quality, cost, and speed to market.
  • •Lead manufacturing process development and validation for new products and platform extensions, including tooling/fixtures and process deployment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 130,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •10+ years in manufacturing engineering, process development, or operations engineering; 5+ years leading engineering teams.
  • •Deep technical expertise in manufacturing processes, with rubber/polymer processing and molding strongly preferred.
  • •Experience with DFM/DFA, automation strategy (robotics, advanced process controls, Industry 4.0), capital project management, make/buy analysis, production tooling/fixtures, and process validation (PPAP or equivalent).
  • •Proficiency with CAD/CAM tools, process simulation software, and business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint); familiarity with stage-gate development processes.
