Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive performance improvement initiatives across underperforming Home markets and business units.
  • •Analyze financial and operational performance to identify risks, opportunities, and corrective actions.
  • •Develop and implement remediation plans in collaboration with local and regional leadership teams.
  • •Lead governance, reporting, and performance steering activities across the Home portfolio, monitoring action plans against financial targets.
  • •Support planning dialogue, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring, and coordinate cost optimization programs to increase competitiveness and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in insurance, assistance, mobility services, or related industries.
  • •Proven experience managing business performance and P&L delivery across international and matrix organizations.
  • •Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
  • •Deep understanding of roadside assistance and/or motor insurance business models.
  • •Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Insurance, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
