Key Responsibilities

  • •Create solutions and assist with problem solving for reported issues in real time as an L3 support team member across shifts.
  • •Work remotely to deploy, maintain, and monitor a large complex cluster environment hosted in data centers across multiple continents.
  • •Analyze procedures and design and implement automation and automated solutions for deployment pipelines and automated test scenarios.
  • •Develop systems and services monitoring through automation for diverse technical challenges.
  • •Collaborate with distributed team members to support production environments and operational needs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years experience administering a Linux based production environment.
  • •Experience with scripting and automation (Ansible and/or Python).
  • •Ability to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment with a multicultural team across multiple countries and time zones.
  • •Good communication skills in English, with strong collaboration and teamwork.
  • •Excitement and passion to learn and master new technologies.
