Key Responsibilities

  • •Optimize Talent Acquisition technology, workflows, and processes to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.
  • •Provide support for TA systems and troubleshoot issues, partnering with recruiters, coordinators, and external vendors.
  • •Drive process optimization and system enhancements, including AI-enabled recruiting tools and workflows.
  • •Create enablement resources and use operational insights to continuously improve the global recruiting ecosystem.

  • •Hands-on Workday ATS support, including workflows and system troubleshooting in a TA Operations environment.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues in a fast-paced hiring environment.
  • •Experience with UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system testing, and release coordination, with strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
