Job Summary

Senior Product Marketing Manager within GoCardless's Bank Payments Network Group (BPNG) driving end-to-end marketing for self-serve SMB payment solutions. You’ll translate technical product details into compelling commercial narratives, base strategy on customer and data insights, collaborate cross-functionally to launch and scale, and measure success through activation, adoption and revenue.

•Bridge technical and commercial teams by translating product nuances into compelling narratives for sales and customer success.
•Lead deep customer research and data analysis to shape product strategy, commercial foundations, and value propositions.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial strategy, sales, customer success and marketing to launch and scale initiatives.
•Own outcomes by defining success metrics (activation, adoption, revenue) and iterating based on data feedback.
•Develop and drive GTM strategies across multiple products to improve adoption and business impact.

Salary: GBP 89,040 - 133,560 annually

•Experience in multi-product and solutions selling, building cohesive messaging across a portfolio for SMB buyers.
•Data-driven decision making, comfortable with analytics tools and tracking KPIs to guide positioning and GTM.
•Payments or fintech experience to understand the payments landscape and hit the ground running.
