Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Buying team to build and execute annual Open-to-Buy (OTB) strategies and budgets, and trade OTB in-season.
  • •Analyse weekly departmental performance and use trading levers to drive revenue; present insights in weekly and monthly trade meetings.
  • •Own the department WSSI budget and forecast, providing end-of-season views on sales and stock risks with actions to drive sell-through.
  • •Strategically manage intake and stock flow to meet revenue and stock-turn targets and maintain a strong boutique assortment.
  • •Own the end-of-season markdown process, working with wider teams to clear stock efficiently while protecting profit margins.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience operating at a Merchandiser or Junior Merchandiser level, ideally within a luxury, premium, or fast-paced multi-brand fashion retail environment.
  • •Experience owning an area of business and executing strategy to hit targets.
  • •Proven ability to manage WSSI to forecast sales, stock levels, markdown impact, and margin.
  • •Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modelling.
  • •Self-motivated, commercial and analytical, and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
