Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver month-end close and high-quality performance reporting, producing published monthly MI packs for senior stakeholders.
  • •Monitor actuals, highlight gaps in forecast submission, and perform investigation and analysis of actuals vs forecast variances.
  • •Support FRP, Budget, and Target processes to meet operational timelines, including reasoning and commentary for wealth products.
  • •Provide end-to-end reporting support for banking pillar products, including analysis of costs and automation support to Qlik Sense (or tools like Python/SQL/VBA/Alteryx).
  • •Lead process improvement and transformation initiatives, including automation and end-to-end data flow reviews, coordinating FinOps/I&A stakeholders for sign-offs in NPDD.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong accounting knowledge is required.
  • •Prepare and analyze management information (MI) reporting and business analysis for actuals, variances, forecast submission, and month-end close.
  • •Proficiency with reporting/automation tools such as TM1 and Qlik Sense, and automation tools like Python, Excel VBA, SQL, and Alteryx.
  • •Ensure processes are documented thoroughly (SOPs and process maps) and delivered to agreed SLAs with awareness of operational risk.
  • •Adhere to group policies, audit, controls, and compliance requirements including data protection and security practices.
