Own financial planning and reporting activities for a portfolio of markets within the Finance Planning & Reporting CoE. Produce monthly and quarterly reporting, run variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast vs. budget), and support annual budgets and periodic forecasts. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards with consistent KPIs, help improve FP&A processes through standardization and automation, and collaborate with market finance teams to ensure data integrity and a single source of truth.
