Key Responsibilities

•Provide on-site and remote technical support for office and store infrastructure.
•Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and corporate devices.
•Configure and prepare corporate equipment including laptops, iPhones, printers, network gear, and peripherals.
•Support store operations, including POS systems, payment devices, and local infrastructure.
•Manage IT assets, document procedures, and assist onboarding/offboarding of employees.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Systems, Networking or related fields
•Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support/operations
•Proficient with Windows and macOS laptops; strong knowledge of iOS and mobile devices
•Experience with network fundamentals (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN) and remote support tools
•Experience supporting POS systems and retail IT environments (e.g., Adyen, CEGID) is a plus
