Manufacturing Operator 1 (Swing Shift)

Operate production equipment on the swing shift while following safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures. Maintain timely work completion and excellent standards while running multiple machines simultaneously and inspecting parts, components, and equipment. Communicate daily with engineering, planners, sales, and management to resolve assembly and scheduling issues and support closed-loop coordination across teams.
