Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead content partner education on Netflix Direct Delivery systems and related specifications.
  • •Support local leaders through content partner relationships when direct delivery is involved.
  • •Execute pre-assessments, including project management across internal contributing teams.
  • •Act as main point of contact for media processing vendors (NPFP) for assigned content partner deals.
  • •Review error code occurrences and issue discovery data to drive proactive delivery pivots; partner with engineering and product on delivery specifications and KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Very strong media processing and localization understanding, with hands-on experience across multiple formats and specifications.
  • •Deep knowledge of broadcast and streaming technical specifications and technology, including post production, media processing, localization, and QC.
  • •Client management experience in the media processing, post production, and entertainment space.
  • •Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • •Experience with Direct Delivery and Direct Ingestion tools/systems, plus data-driven analytical skills.
