Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
  • •Help members during visits by gathering information, taking vitals, answering questions, and assisting with translation.
  • •Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the provider.
  • •Support care-gap closure by reviewing consent forms and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • •Coordinate scheduling and documentation through EHR systems and drive members for home visits as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Medical Assistant certification from an accredited program.
