Program Controls Specialist I (m/f/d)

Provide program and project controls support by maintaining cost tools used to estimate, forecast, and track project work. Prepare and publish metrics, reports, and cost/schedule performance (including earned value). Analyze ITD/ETC and EAC forecasts, variances, and compliance with standards and contractual requirements across multiple teams. Support project managers with margins, change management, risk analysis, contingency budgets, and receivables/payables accuracy.
