Key Responsibilities

  • •Review Business Requirements Specifications (BRS) and develop function specifications for development and/or test cases.
  • •Perform business process analysis and mapping, and analyze test scope including regression testing.
  • •Manage defect life cycle and provide execution status reporting.
  • •Support systems integration with core banking systems, including core banking and loan administration.
  • •Create and assist with user documentation, procedures, and training, and track/document changes to business specifications.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
  • •Minimum 5+ years of experience with Finastra EQUATION Core Banking system, support, and implementation.
  • •Review BRS and prepare function specifications for development and/or test cases covering the full scope.
  • •Experience with business process analysis and mapping, plus defect life cycle management and execution status reporting.
  • •Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is preferable) and ability to perform in a deadline-oriented environment.
