Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver technical solutions to customers within agreed schedule and budget for DCS/ESD/F&G (ICSS) projects.
  • •Perform detail engineering and system architecture work, including BOM, hardware/software integration, HMI work, and application development.
  • •Coordinate testing and integration activities, including FAT with the customer at factory and loop checking using typical/templates and project standards.
  • •Execute site commissioning activities such as site supervision, system cut-overs, and SAT, then hand over the project to the customer/LSS team.
  • •Ensure compliance with quality and safety procedures during engineering and site execution, identify improvement opportunities, and provide feedback for future improvement.
Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with DCS/Safety PLC/PLC (preferably Honeywell Systems), including detail engineering, testing, and commissioning.
  • •Experience with third-party system interfaces including Modbus TCP/RTU, OPC (UA/DA/HDA/A&E), ProfiNet, Profibus, and similar protocols.
  • •Working knowledge of control and safety systems and advanced L2/L3 nodes such as alarm, history, asset, and network management.
  • •Networking knowledge (TCP/IP), plus switch/router and domain controller configurations, with virtualization of control nodes as an added advantage.
  • •Bachelor’s degree (BE/B Tech) in Instrumentation or Electronics.
