Key Responsibilities

•Own and manage the non-conformance management process, ensuring timely resolution and sustainable corrective actions
•Lead the handling of customer concerns and complaints, including root cause analysis and implementation of preventive measures
•Analyze, evaluate, and visualize quality performance indicators (e.g., First Pass Yield) and drive measurable improvements
•Act as a trusted advisor to production teams on all quality-related matters
•Coordinate and facilitate the resolution of production-related quality issues
