Job Summary

Lead validation test projects for product development programs within the Turbomachinery Technology Lab, coordinating internal and external teams across the full test lifecycle. Serve as the main technical interface to ensure test requirements are met, and drive projects through completion. Build cost estimates and schedules, design and support test facilities and measuring systems, and prioritize HSE throughout execution.

•Coordinate internal and external teams across the full test cycle, from preliminary estimations through design, installation, commissioning, execution, and disassembly.
•Act as the main technical interface between the TTL team and project functions, ensuring test requirements are met and driving the project to completion.
•Create cost estimates and time schedules for validation activities with the project team.
•Be the focal point for design and construction of test facilities, measuring systems, and test execution.
•Ensure HSE is prioritized throughout the entire project execution.

Key Requirements

•Hold an MSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy, Electrical, or Naval) or have proven equivalent experience.
•5+ years of industrial experience in areas such as power generation, turbomachinery, power plants, oil and gas, or rotating equipment.
•Experience with verification testing for new products/new technologies.
•Exposure to electrical, mechanical, and thermodynamics measurement principles.
•Ability to understand engineering drawings, specifications, P&ID, and wiring diagrams, with strong communication and leadership skills.
