Key Responsibilities

  • •Validate the design, concept, and import strategy for automated intralogistics equipment and ensure delivery dates with global suppliers.
  • •Lead detailed engineering, execution planning, and budget control by defining schedules, assigning responsibilities, and translating operational and maintenance needs.
  • •Direct commissioning, assembly, installation, and formal delivery of automation equipment in logistics centers, coordinating capacity testing and collaborating with operations, safety, hygiene, and technology teams.
  • •Supervise onsite contractors, provide technical solutions for deviations, validate generated documentation, and ensure execution plan compliance.
  • •Manage technical and safety risks, maintain checklists, close corrective actions, and develop final acceptance plans and training/documentation for operations and maintenance teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Professional degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Automation, Control Engineering, or related fields.
  • •8+ years implementing or commissioning automated intralogistics technology projects, including classification systems, robotics, and industrial operations start-up.
  • •Strong knowledge of 2D/3D technical drawings, electrical/mechanical installations, and industrial control systems.
  • •Proficiency with project management tools, spreadsheets, and project administration methodologies.
  • •Availability to travel nationally and internationally within the region; advanced English for technical communication (basic Portuguese desired).
