Job Summary

Drive local deliveries for BlueLinx with the expectation of being home every night and weekend. Secure loads using straps (no tarping), deliver freight and handle customer product returns, and manage proof of delivery paperwork. Complete DOT inspections, maintain an electronic logbook and trip reports, and communicate professionally with customers. Operate flatbed and curtain-side trailers using new, safe equipment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 27.94 hourly

Key Requirements

•Valid Class A CDL
•3+ years of recent verifiable tractor trailer experience
•Safe driving record and ability to work in all weather conditions
•Ability to properly secure loads (NO tarping—ONLY strapping)
•Maintain daily safety checklist and perform all required DOT inspections, including electronic logbook and trip reports
