Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, from initiation through completion.
  • •Interface with architects and general contractors to define scope and manage RFPs and RFIs.
  • •Interface with clients to prepare scope of work, delivery resourcing, cost estimates and budgets, work plan schedule and landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
  • •Conduct project resource qualification and bid evaluations, including recommending resources to clients.
  • •Implement project documentation governance and ensure project data integrity; build action plans, track progress, and report status/variances while developing risk mitigation and contingency plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage projects from initiation through completion for retail store fit-outs and renovations, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience (or equivalent education/experience combination).
  • •Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • •Experience managing fit-out and renovation construction for retail client accounts is preferred.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Smartsheet, and experience required with Tango (Corrigo desirable), plus ability to read architectural drawings and technical construction documents.
