Job Function: Research & Scientific (R&D)

Key Responsibilities

  • •Design portions of engineering solutions for mechatronic systems, mechanical and thermal hardware, electronics enclosures, and production tooling in accordance with established engineering principles and guidelines.
  • •Support system‑level and control‑related design considerations, including servomotion, actuation, power, and integrated mechanical behaviours.
  • •Conduct feasibility studies, design margin assessments, and analytical evaluations on new and modified designs.
  • •Perform root cause analysis of design or system issues and propose, evaluate, and implement corrective solutions.
  • •Develop and apply simulation models, including FEA for structural, thermal, vibration, and durability assessments, and apply AI‑driven techniques to accelerate workflows and improve prediction accuracy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Graduate Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Familiarity with 3D CAD tools, such as Creo Parametric / ProEngineer.
  • •Experience or understanding of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools (e.g., Altair HyperWorks, ANSYS).
  • •Understanding of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
  • •Programming skills in Python, C++ or MATLAB for simulation automation and data analysis.
