Key Responsibilities

•Manage a multidiscipline team consisting of electrical, mechanical, software, and system engineers, and support personnel.
•Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure knowledge transfer across IPTLs.
•Provide status and technical updates to program management, chief engineers, customers, and other key stakeholders.
•Act as a Control Account Manager (CAM) for the test equipment, proactively monitoring and controlling cost and schedule to ensure compliance with program schedules, cost targets, and performance objectives.
•Drive timely execution of engineering scope to address design challenges and ensure alignment of priorities with the program and prime hardware/software team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience
•Experience with Technical Data Package (TDP) management and development
•Experience coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, systems, and test equipment)
•Control Account Manager (CAM) certification
•Experience developing project plans and managing the cost and schedules against the plan
