Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the growth, technical excellence, and strategic direction of the Mineral Processing practice.
  • •Define technical vision and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and metallurgists.
  • •Drive business development across base metals, precious metals, critical minerals, and industrial minerals markets globally.
  • •Serve as a recognized subject matter expert and thought leader at the executive client level.
  • •Direct delivery across feasibility/scoping (PEA to FS), engineering design, owner’s engineer/EPCM support, and operational reviews/troubleshooting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
  • •10+ years of experience in Metallurgical, Chemical, or Mineral Processing Engineering (or related field).
  • •15+ years of progressive experience in mineral processing design and engineering.
  • •Experience working in consulting or EPCM environments on multidisciplinary mining projects.
  • •Chartered Engineer (CEng) or Professional Engineer (PE) registration, plus familiarity with international standards and codes.
