Key Responsibilities

•Define and evolve the MDA/C2BMC system architecture and develop/maintain requirements and interface definitions to support missile defense capabilities.
•Plan and execute integration and checkout work, define tasks, schedule, assign work, and monitor completion to advance the integration plan.
•Drive the overall integration and test strategy (tools, processes, metrics) to verify requirements effectively and consistently, and document results.
•Lead cross-functional teams in developing products and interacting with government customers, stakeholders, and industry partners.
•Contribute to modeling and simulation activities to provide mission insight and inform technical decisions across MBSE-focused focus areas.

Travel: Low travel

•Leadership experience to include engineering leadership roles and/or leading work
•Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required)
