Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other project stakeholders.
  • •Administer contracts in line with project objectives and policies.
  • •Provide accurate cost monitoring, forecasting, and reporting to completion in line with budget.
  • •Monitor and manage cost variance and contract cash flow; ensure timely, correct applications.
  • •Collaborate with teams to manage delivery of project deliverables, KPIs, and objectives, including programme performance, cost control, and value engineering; manage contract change and negotiate final accounts.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven cost/commercial management experience.
  • •Preferably MRICS qualification.
  • •Experience with NEC3 contracts, particularly Option C – Target Cost.
  • •Post-contract administration experience.
  • •Experience working on major programmes and infrastructure projects (e.g., rail, air, marine/ports, utilities, or highways).
