Key Responsibilities

  • •Support product line strategy development and P&L/yearly operating planning for equipment product lines.
  • •Partner with the Product Growth Team to develop strategic A3 plans, working with supply chain, procurement, and engineering.
  • •Maintain channel engagement with direct retail stores, e-tailers, independent distributors, and operations teams to enable growth.
  • •Prepare regular business pulse and financial reports for leadership on volume, profitability, and quality targets.
  • •Support training of Account Managers on the equipment product line and deliver training to small and large groups as needed.

Key Requirements
