•Partner with product teams to define strategic direction for a supply chain area and serve as a thought partner.
•Set up and read product tests, and develop data-backed perspectives to support opportunity solution tree exercises.
•Own creation and maintenance of reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs.
•Drive execution by defining KPIs, targets, and management systems with reporting suites to drive accountability.
•Consult on strategic problems and analytical work tracks to support change initiatives and align business partners on recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 102,100 - 163,400 annually

Key Requirements

•4+ years of experience in an analytical or strategic role.
•Four-year undergraduate degree with strong academic performance.

•Strong collaboration skills with analysts and business partners shaping strategy at both big-picture and detailed levels.
