Job Summary

Technical Solutions Engineer in Cisco’s Technical Sales, owning the technical relationship with customers and partners. Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with account teams to develop and execute customer account strategies, identifying opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and upselling.
•Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
•Translate customer business requirements into technical solutions leveraging Cisco’s full portfolio.
•Design, present, and demonstrate solutions that showcase the business value and technical capabilities of Cisco technologies.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and business decision-makers across customer organizations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
•8+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, or customer-facing technical sales roles.
•Proven experience leading customer engagements and technical sales cycles.
•Strong understanding of enterprise technology domains including Networking, Security, Cloud, Collaboration, and AI.
•Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
