Key Responsibilities

  • •Find the right problems by working with sales, finance, and other teams to understand broken workflows and define practical projects.
  • •Build and run internal tools by owning applications, integrations, and automations through deployment, adoption, and ongoing support.
  • •Set and own the roadmap, establishing priorities with sales and finance in the first three months and expanding into other workflows.
  • •Keep revenue moving by resolving urgent sales and billing blockers and fixing underlying causes.
  • •Measure success through fewer manual steps, fewer errors, faster workflows, and tools people choose to use.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 215,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Ask good questions and turn vague concerns into clear problems by digging into workflows.
  • •Explain tradeoffs and push back constructively with non-technical users to identify the core blocker.
  • •Define useful first releases with strong product judgment, knowing when small improvements are enough.
  • •Build and maintain applications, APIs, and SQL integrations, and deliver what you propose.
  • •Have experience with internal tools, CRMs, billing platforms, or AI automation (prior sales/finance experience is useful but not required).
