Job Summary

Support Offset/Offline production in the Press Room, Folder/Gluer, and/or Material Handling areas. Receive and prepare product for presses, palletize and label orders, ensure job accuracy and quality, and assist during downtime. Execute make-ready and press setup/breakdown tasks, maintain safe work practices and OHSE/PPE compliance, and follow cGMP/HACCP and chain of custody requirements while contributing to Press Crew goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Receive product from the press, palletize, and print pallet labels using Pecas; use job docket information to set up sheets and ensure correct loading.
•Review jobs for quality and accuracy, ensure finished product is free of errors, and immediately notify operators of problems and/or errors.
•Perform downtime support: webbing the press, assisting operators when the press is down, and cleaning up press areas including floors, walls, tables, and related equipment.
•Complete make-ready tasks such as purging stacks/tables, assisting with impression roller changes, adjusting print unit components, changing cylinders/pumps/inks, and removing/installing print unit cassettes.
•Maintain OHSE compliance, PPE usage, hazardous materials/waste handling procedures, and support press crew production goals while following chain of custody requirements.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and one to three years of related production experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience.
•Very good mechanical and physical ability with the ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
•Forklift operators must have and maintain safety training for operation of company equipment.
•Ability to perform prolonged periods of standing, stooping, bending, reaching, balancing, climbing, kneeling, and crouching, and to manipulate product and equipment safely.
•Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work in excess of 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when necessary.
