Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme across Finance, Procurement, HR, and related functions.
  • •Develop and execute the ERP transformation roadmap aligned to business and digital transformation objectives.
  • •Establish programme governance, budget controls, risk management, and benefits realization frameworks.
  • •Oversee programme delivery across design, build, testing, data migration, cutover, deployment, and hypercare phases.
  • •Drive business readiness, change management, training, and adoption activities, including executive reporting and steering committee updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •MBA or Master's degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 15 years leading large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.
  • •Minimum 8 years SAP programme delivery experience, including at least one full SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • •Proven experience leading Finance, Procurement, and HR transformation initiatives with strong delivery across Agile and Waterfall.
