Job Summary

Drive continual improvements in semiconductor manufacturing processes within a 300mm wafer fab focused on analog technologies. Support manufacturing operations by developing and implementing process methods to improve efficiencies, yields, quality, and cycle time. Execute equipment/process startup and process experiments during manufacturing ramp, perform lot and equipment dispositions, and support data analysis and problem resolution to improve production flow.

Key Responsibilities

•Support manufacturing operations by developing and implementing improved methods, procedures, and processes to raise efficiencies, yields, quality, and machine operations.
•Implement project or improvement plans for efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, new product support, and other process improvements.
•Perform lot and equipment dispositions to support continuous production flow and minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm wafer fab.
•Identify systematic problems in process or equipment sources and communicate findings to the engineering staff in a continuous manner.
•Support manufacturing ramp through execution of equipment/process startup and process experiments (SWRs), and participate in data analysis and problem resolution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years experience in CMP as a process or equipment engineer.
•Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
•Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies (CMP process and/or equipment experience required).
