Key Responsibilities

  • •Help manage and scale the company’s domestic onboarding program.
  • •Lead design, development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of orientation and onboarding programs.
  • •Partner with stakeholders to update new hire information and understand onboarding-related systems (Workday, Jira, Greenhouse, etc.).
  • •Track onboarding effectiveness metrics and execute program improvement recommendations.
  • •Assist in weekly orientation preparations and create onboarding resources for hiring managers and leadership.
