Key Responsibilities

  • •Own execution of established recurring Fleet Management reporting and operating rhythms, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and actionable
  • •Build, maintain, and improve queries, dashboards, and recurring reports using established data sources and templates
  • •Partner with Local Ops and stakeholders to investigate and resolve fleet-management issues such as asset decay, operational holds, and cross-market shipments
  • •Coordinate fleet programs across warehouse transitions, battery operations and training, compliance reporting, battery allocation, and fleet availability
  • •Run day-to-day operating cadence for assigned workstreams, including action tracking, status communication, follow-through, and escalation of risks or blockers

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years owning recurring operational work, reporting, coordination, or process execution in a fast-moving environment
  • •Comfort using operational data and spreadsheets/dashboards to investigate issues and communicate findings
