Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct advanced statistical analyses and research focused on talent, recruiting, and organizational effectiveness using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • •Develop and implement predictive models to identify patterns and trends in hiring, employee behavior, performance, and retention.
  • •Design, develop, and deliver reporting solutions and dashboards to improve decision-making for business and HR partners.
  • •Continuously improve the reporting and analytics framework by contributing to the roadmap, documenting internal processes, and standardizing metrics and definitions.
  • •Build tools and audits to enhance business intelligence and improve data integrity and efficiency in reporting processes.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years professional data science experience delivering analytics solutions directly to clients, with 10+ years overall experience.
  • •3+ years experience using Python or R to conduct statistical analysis or develop predictive models.
  • •3+ years experience using SQL with relational databases and data warehousing.
  • •Strong understanding of statistical concepts and research methods, including experimental design.
  • •Experience with supervised and unsupervised learning techniques (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, dimensionality reduction) and strong communication skills.
