Job Summary

Drive adoption and production deployment of AI solutions with enterprise customers, from executive-level workshops and AI roadmap creation to end-to-end solution design. Partner with the Applied AI team to prototype, deploy, and scale AI in physics-based simulation workflows, including pilots and proofs-of-value. Act as a trusted advisor, track outcome-driven KPIs, identify expansion opportunities, and bridge customer feedback into product and research roadmaps, traveling to support on-site implementation.

•Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and co-create AI adoption roadmaps aligned to customer value.
•Architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating Mistral models and platform into customer workflows and infrastructure.
•Partner with the Applied AI team to prototype and deploy production AI solutions, owning pilots and proofs-of-value.
•Serve as a trusted advisor, monitor and communicate outcome-driven KPIs, and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.
•Bridge customer feedback into product and research roadmaps and create reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of computational mechanics and numerical methods (FEM/CFD/DEM) or multi-physics simulation.
•Familiarity with industry simulation tools such as Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or custom solvers.
•Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science and the credibility to advise technical and non-technical audiences.
•Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
