Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the growing and expanding Data Centre CA team.
  • •Oversee CA services monitoring across multiple disciplines (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, BAS, Telecoms, Security, Fire Engineering, LEED).
  • •Provide Principle Designer and Responsible Designer services during construction, interfacing with AHJs and GCs.
  • •Lead multi-discipline, site-based teams and coordinate design services through construction stage design changes.
  • •Drive work winning and business development, providing programme management expertise and commercial oversight for major projects while monitoring KPIs and project risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong career background delivering Mechanical or Electrical project work for data centres and mission critical environments.
  • •Proven experience leading data centre project work streams in the UK and preferably across EMEA.
  • •Demonstrable client-facing and work winning experience, with excellent communication skills.
  • •Ability to lead and develop a team, supported by detailed knowledge of Mechanical/Electrical design and engineering practices.
  • •Strong commercial acumen, including managing project financials and ensuring project success.
