Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and enforce the site-specific Safety Plan in accordance with OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and Army regulations.
  • •Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards related to material handling, equipment movement, and personnel operations.
  • •Ensure proper handling and storage of hazardous materials (HAZMAT) in compliance with EPA and Army guidelines.
  • •Lead investigations of accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and report findings/corrective actions to the Project Manager and COR.
  • •Perform safety audits and job hazard analyses (JHAs), track safety KPIs, and maintain incident logs and OSHA reporting documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,794 - 104,902 annually

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety experience on government, military, or industrial logistics sites.
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910, EM 385-1-1, DA PAM 385-10, and Army site safety practices.
  • •Conduct safety orientations/training and maintain safety training records and certifications in line with contractual and regulatory requirements.
  • •Must have a REAL ID and be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • •Must receive a favorable background check and drug testing results; OSHA 30-Hour (required) (General Industry or Construction).
