Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee in-venue operations staff and support the Operations Manager during show hours.
  • •Respond to elevated staff/guest inquiries and resolve guest concerns related to security, customer service, VIP packages, amenities, and seat upgrades.
  • •Perform opening, running, and closing duties per Live Nation policy, including SOP compliance and pre-shift preparation.
  • •Coordinate with Security and Guest Services to ensure service standards are met; assist the MOD to resolve escalating guest issues.
  • •Complete incident reports, collect witness statements, manage lost and found submissions, and support ejection logs and alcohol-service compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.6 - 22 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •3-5 years in restaurant, bar, or nightclub leadership with high-volume operations, responsible alcohol service, and guest relations.
  • •Experience developing operating procedures and effectively communicating priorities to teams.
  • •Ability to train and develop employees and manage multiple tasks/issues at once with an upbeat attitude.
  • •Comfort handling administrative tasks such as inventory, labor forecasting, scheduling, sales reports, invoices, and performance tracking.
