Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and refine executive materials for AI Factory leadership and stakeholders, including slides, keynotes, and briefing documents.
  • •Support daily operations for the AI Factory Leads format (scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up across streams).
  • •Coordinate information and ensure effective communication with Stream Leads and OE stakeholders in a fast-paced distributed team.
  • •Gain insight into agentic tools and “vibe-coding” practices used by the team and support the organization of events and related communication materials.
  • •Work within a tailored task scope that evolves over time based on your strengths and interests.

Key Requirements

  • •You are in the final stage of your Bachelor’s program or enrolled in a Master’s program in Business Administration, Business Informatics, a STEM field, or a comparable area with above-average results.
  • •Practical experience from consulting, product management, or structured problem-solving via internships, case competitions, or personal projects.
  • •Strong content creation and visualization skills, confidently creating clear, well-structured slides and keynotes.
  • •Willingness to take ownership and drive tasks to completion even when requirements are unclear.
  • •Fluent, negotiation-proof English; German skills are a plus.
