User Researcher, PICO (Third-party Associate)

Join an agile, insight-driven research team partnering with stakeholders across cultures and time zones. Own the full research lifecycle—method selection, study design, recruitment, execution, analysis, and reporting—while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced product space. Conduct usability and asynchronous research (e.g., A/B testing, heuristic/card sorting/task analysis), synthesize findings from primary and secondary sources, and present insights to influence product strategy and key decisions.
