Key Responsibilities

  • •Technical & Administrative Management: Manage pre-production logistics, vendor selection, and post-production wrap-up; assess technical rider and propose changes within budget targets; continuously identify production efficiencies for upcoming seasons.
  • •Budgeting: Build and maintain production budgets through feasibility, sign-off, and operational stages; monitor local spends and identify optimization opportunities; manage event P&Ls.
  • •Partner Management: Lead due diligence on key partners and suppliers; develop long-term deals to support geographic expansion of Fever Originals projects.
  • •Quality & Delivery: Ensure high-quality experiences by coordinating third-party execution and ensuring delivery of creative deliverables for the Northern Europe Market.
  • •Team Collaboration & Communication: Serve as primary production contact, maintain strong communication with internal teams and external vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in the event production industry; proven track record in live event and/or theatrical productions.
  • •Fluent English and preferably one Nordic language (Dutch, Finnish, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian).
  • •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and coordinate multiple aspects of an event efficiently.
  • •Strong network of vendors and venues with an understanding of technical production requirements.
  • •Familiarity with permitting processes and budget-conscious production planning.
