Job Summary

Lead Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) client engagements by managing a team of consultants and driving outcomes for issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, payment enablers, and governments. Partner with consulting and client leadership to cultivate a pipeline of analytic work, develop solution frameworks and recommendations, and produce insights that improve client performance and growth. Guide sales efforts, develop proposals and pitches, deliver client presentations, and provide strategic advisory using data to manage risks and uncover opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage with consulting and client leadership in strategic planning discussions and manage a pipeline of analytic work.
•Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address high-impact client opportunities and challenges.
•Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client performance, boost growth, and guide client priorities.
•Participate in the sales process to qualify opportunities and guide clients to appropriate engagement types; develop pitches and draft proposals to secure new assignments.
•Deliver consulting engagements by managing consultant teams, resolving complex strategic problems, synthesizing recommendations, and presenting to clients.

Key Requirements

•Consulting experience from a consulting firm or an in-house strategy function within a financial institution.
•Comfort interacting with and presenting to senior client management and Visa leadership.
•Strong communication skills including empathy and active listening; ability to use PowerPoint, data visualization, and pyramid-principle storytelling for fact-based decisions.
•Highly collaborative with experience working with geographically distributed teams.
•Ability to customize recommendations for clients and integrate Visa/ Visa as a Service (VAS) synergies.
